Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge L90-G00-HPH-F8F-H6C-LXX-N6S-S6U-U6U-W7R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Miyachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Prosoft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the NPX8316A54E10688 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MM131B manufactured by Miyachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Miyachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVI56MCM by Manufacturer Prosoft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand MC617D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Capco such as LTD27SR005RE equipment made by Atlas-Capco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Capco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Capco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MVI46GSC made by Prosoft as well as the popular MPFLX460X35A original spares produced by Mts

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NLPS531 by Westinghouse and LTD27SR005RE spares by Atlas-Capco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP020952800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sigma.
