Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric ep-4142 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Epc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Etas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eti product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Epc such as the 506B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F00K001697DCM08011 manufactured by Etas and we are pleased to be able to service most Etas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC5139A10K by Manufacturer Eti as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Etel Brand EULCP00100000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Erma such as 1388024 equipment made by Erma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Erma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Erma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BB2790924V made by Escap as well as the popular 931NF2G106 original spares produced by Eskridge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 711500 by Esd-Electronics and 1388024 spares by Erma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0401ARK1501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Erhardt--Leimer.
