Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric RM21-RT32 RM21-RT RM21RT32 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Galil product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 96KG04ZA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP1HS8VS09024A manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1120AMP by Manufacturer Galil as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand TPG9SUX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as 42HB35AFD8GAX149 equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FRV300AZROR made by Fuji-Electric as well as the popular 14IP32AA71 original spares produced by Furnas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14CF33EABA by Furnas and 42HB35AFD8GAX149 spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QMA128 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Futek.
