Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric PHC66003-AB1YV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fusion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fujitsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fusion such as the GC0005376291532 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 43ip32a manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0301T002 by Manufacturer Fujitsu as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Parker Brand 890CS532540B0B00U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as 42EF35AJAGV equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC4NUL1NC2T0SW4NUL by Fuji-Electric and 42EF35AJAGV spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMC1750 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Galil.
