Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric CDPAOPUJ-33, EP-2099, HEH4956B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chromalox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cerner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cheng-Kong-Electronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chromalox such as the MTS360 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFL08AHN270 manufactured by Cerner and we are pleased to be able to service most Cerner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DAM3088 by Manufacturer Cheng-Kong-Electronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ceia Brand POWERCUBE45900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cerutti such as RE36125 equipment made by Cerutti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cerutti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cerutti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4040ARR000 made by Chromalox as well as the popular M4994773 original spares produced by Eberhard

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA020065 by Ceac and RE36125 spares by Cerutti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DB1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chino.
