Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric CDPA0PUJ-42, EP-2100, HEH 4942C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chmer-Edm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cgi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Chessell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chmer-Edm such as the IOSUDS013NCC005B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 023VPX0050XX01917 manufactured by Cgi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cgi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101682 by Manufacturer Chessell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Wandfluh Brand E030R2D544K27 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chromalox such as 391081108 equipment made by Chromalox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chromalox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chromalox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5615010 made by Century as well as the popular 20ARES55C120230VAC original spares produced by Chromalox

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSM205 by Centurion and 391081108 spares by Chromalox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8971 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
