Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Folger Tech FOLGER TECH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Good-Year product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 53VX850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5M580 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14GTR140020 by Manufacturer Good-Year as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand 36A160427AAG01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Force-Control such as MB210U20105 equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8MX40S122012 made by Gates as well as the popular P3614MGT552517 original spares produced by Gates

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8M112S21SK by Gates and MB210U20105 spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
