Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Flowserve LOGIX 3200IQ 3200IQ-10-N6-E-04-20-06-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kongsberg product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC093B0JS3C110A0S001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M242AENPHV000PH300000 manufactured by Cts and we are pleased to be able to service most Cts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOS33 by Manufacturer Kongsberg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Westinghouse Brand NL1052 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MDSC1V170 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LSRL71328SE60100 made by Leuze-Electronic as well as the popular N3050657 original spares produced by Perkin-Elmer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMPM504T0 by Modicon and MDSC1V170 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC4551 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
