Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Falk 202-UEZ2-06A7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Marley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micron such as the 323153418153 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3407J25 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4891 by Manufacturer Marley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Faulhaber Brand 2232U012S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fag such as 22226E equipment made by Fag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 345108865574 made by Micron as well as the popular 230460 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325137817730 by Thomson and 22226E spares by Fag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20S1171C140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
