Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ez Automation EZP-220-PLC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ez-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fagor-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A04B078C203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZPCT10CE8 manufactured by Ez-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ez-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Floppy by Manufacturer Fagor-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A05B207C181 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fairchild such as TAF7800 equipment made by Fairchild have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fairchild products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fairchild" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A04B0080H201 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A03B0808C040 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10321 by Fanuc and TAF7800 spares by Fairchild are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0236C241 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
