Ergodex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Ergodex DX1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ergodex DX1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DX1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DX1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Icp-Das products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eurotherm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Icp-Das such as the NS205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1SJ71QC24R2 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 840J01000F by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Omron Brand E5CSR1PXF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as AY42 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 950HG by Luxtron and AY42 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5328A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hp.
