Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ergo-fit 341-4421-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ericson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ez-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the 601003230F00UK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1441000AM manufactured by Ericson and we are pleased to be able to service most Ericson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EZMR2L20CE by Manufacturer Ez-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Etel Brand IWF030051200A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Exair such as 110084 equipment made by Exair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exair" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EZMR2L10CPOUT made by Ez-Automation as well as the popular TC2001 original spares produced by Eurotherm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZMRH1L40CDOUT by Ez-Automation and 110084 spares by Exair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZ25S050030VV7DM16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ez-Automation.
