Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FTM51-AAHCS4A13AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Envirotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Engel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Envirotec such as the 494C1B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Egdesf80 manufactured by Engel and we are pleased to be able to service most Engel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMD55Q8K0101 by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lenze Brand ESMD371X2SFAESMD371X2ESMD371 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Epic such as 228582 equipment made by Epic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Epic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Epic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GMU2U made by Entrelec as well as the popular VT310WA0000 original spares produced by Esa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HF0405ANT06 by Excort-Memory-Systems-Datalogic and 228582 spares by Epic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01203287 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Enkel.
