Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elma 11V-0712-RV08-LRPQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eltex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eltek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eltex such as the 2570 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E790A manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 242100304 by Manufacturer Eltek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand AX4000000012C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as CommanderCD150K equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PN24508005 made by Emerson as well as the popular 707915000 original spares produced by Elo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0276602010 by Emerson and CommanderCD150K spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12P1509X092 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Firetrol.
