Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electromatic SJ 115 120 DC- parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Klöckner-Moeller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the HGA11H54 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GKRA40L6A2 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EREF by Manufacturer Klöckner-Moeller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has General-Electric Brand 12TMC11B7A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC655MDL581A equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FFSADL78RE made by Honeywell as well as the popular IC3603A177CG6 original spares produced by General-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24781 by Wholenberg and IC655MDL581A spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12INC77N1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
