Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Meters DI-50E-DR-PS1-IT01-S4/OM-CABLE485/CB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eltex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electroswitch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the DEK240SCR500LDGPL6551 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES50S20A manufactured by Eltex and we are pleased to be able to service most Eltex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21210A954621210A9546 by Manufacturer Electroswitch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elpro Brand 905UGPR1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electromec such as KF5016 equipment made by Electromec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BRU100AM15PMS91030105BRU100 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular B11362 original spares produced by Electron-Machine-Co.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Nexus1252A120D260 by Electro-Industries and KF5016 spares by Electromec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8422 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elecronic-Systems.
