Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft DC-35L W/HS 9077-0647 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electron-Machine-Co. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elpro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electro-Craft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electron-Machine-Co. such as the B11362 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 905U4 manufactured by Elpro and we are pleased to be able to service most Elpro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KPE26BOL by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elma Brand D78224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elographics such as E281A4025 equipment made by Elographics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elographics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elographics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DR4020 made by Eliwell as well as the popular 462151H102 original spares produced by Elobau

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WHI1560 by Elmo and E281A4025 spares by Elographics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0198443440001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount.
