Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eimco Entech Design 9300-1404 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electronics-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electronic-Assembly product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electronics-Inc such as the 12001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLS21DC3B1 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1606LEDTK by Manufacturer Electronic-Assembly as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Empire Brand H32ESB9565MPSFPS50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elo-Touchsystems such as E011881 equipment made by Elo-Touchsystems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elo-Touchsystems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elo-Touchsystems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FTL200020 made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular EC301210ALO original spares produced by Electro-Cam-Corp.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 120082003 by Elwood and E011881 spares by Elo-Touchsystems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20200H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmo.
