Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Efector PM2056, PM-2.5-RES30-E-ZVG/US parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-magnetic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairbanks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-magnetic such as the ML300HR0ST spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCFR303014 manufactured by Fairbanks and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairbanks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FTL51HATC2DD4E6A by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Endress--Hauser Brand LSC1120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Efector such as PB5124 equipment made by Efector have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Efector products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Efector" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MR1000 made by Flowdata as well as the popular 871PH1X1A original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4031 by Facit and PB5124 spares by Efector are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A34W120A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flowserve.
