Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eco-worthy ECO-WORTHY11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-craft such as the 91060082 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCSLD manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CCS51D by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eletromotive Brand SBP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eeco such as 12670601 equipment made by Eeco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eeco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eeco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3051S2TG3A2B11A1AK6Q4 made by Emerson-/-Rosemount as well as the popular 24008000 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1151DP5E22 by Emerson and 12670601 spares by Eeco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01A0124 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Encorp.
