Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton DS6-34DSX041N0-N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Video-Jet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HMV011RW0045A07NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EXCEL178IAF manufactured by Video-Jet and we are pleased to be able to service most Video-Jet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HU364DSEI by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Okuma Brand E0451521046 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bosch such as IC15PT6T50E1SI equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DXM4120CB made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular DXA450 original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
