Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eae/man Roland FPR2-OP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mm-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the IQDataPowerSupply spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP470ATTO manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M100110G1 by Manufacturer Mm-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand JANCDOP1012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Maple-Systems such as HMI520T007 equipment made by Maple-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Maple-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Maple-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC693CPWR330D made by Ge as well as the popular GOT1000GT1685MSTBD original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP80 by Mitsubishi and HMI520T007 spares by Maple-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSD150SX84B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hannstar.
