Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the E-motion SCA-B4-70-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lenze product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 7VNES030CD08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B6090H205 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECSCA008C4B501 by Manufacturer Lenze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand MRJ20A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Panasonic such as MSDA011A1A equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7VES030CD03 made by Ge as well as the popular HA5201P100SP14A50 original spares produced by Harmonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A20B2900053102A by Fanuc and MSDA011A1A spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSD011A7XX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic.
