Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynisco Instruments MDT4624-1/2-3.5C-32/46 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eagle-Signal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the AN19DN0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 101073070001 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA43A6B212 by Manufacturer Eagle-Signal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automated-Logic Brand E14390000610488FOS6104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as ATV28HU29M2U equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GSBCD040002 made by Eae as well as the popular 920192101 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCE3200 by Eastern-Instruments and ATV28HU29M2U spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT1605MH88 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco-Instruments.
