Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynatronix 138-0437-00, 190-0437-00, 138043700, 190 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynisco-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eadmotors-Eastern-Air-Devices product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the DA211A6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RME64300000000 manufactured by Dynisco-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynisco-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LA23DGF03R by Manufacturer Eadmotors-Eastern-Air-Devices as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has E2v-Technologies-Magnetron Brand EEVMG5424 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eae such as RTA15 equipment made by Eae have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eae products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eae" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HQ806A6N made by Eagle-Signal as well as the popular E3XNA41F original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2300A7501 by Eaton and RTA15 spares by Eae are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT1605M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco-Instruments.
