Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynapar 61CAEF-240-A-0-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hengstler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Euchner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the 567182 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1372AS3335 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSD2 by Manufacturer Euchner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fulke Brand PM6304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eh such as FMI51A1KRDJB1C1A equipment made by Eh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eh" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LU785065 made by Flowline as well as the popular RI58O1000EK42KJ original spares produced by Hengstler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A20B2900014804A by Fanuc and FMI51A1KRDJB1C1A spares by Eh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RI58O900EQ42KB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hengstler.
