Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Digital Dynamics 27-10157-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electromatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fibrosystem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electromatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromatic such as the SA205120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 117V manufactured by Fibrosystem and we are pleased to be able to service most Fibrosystem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGD1220 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gec-Alsthom Brand SHPM101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 437D491REVF equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC2820D300B13 made by Ge as well as the popular RVAH6AN3L original spares produced by Electra

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 750P5G5S5HIA20R by Ge and 437D491REVF spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6306774G41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
