Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Diehl FPE49-58-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the DTP0206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F72415B5G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM3584TSUPERE by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand EM3554T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ao.o-Smith such as F39150464 equipment made by Ao.o-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ao.o-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ao.o-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EM4308T made by Baldor as well as the popular E7RRL101000FE original spares produced by Autotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DV180M4BM30HR by Sew and F39150464 spares by Ao.o-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F9M457341 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brown-Boveri.
