Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dialogic AC5430 AC5200 2789A-AC5200 NHW-0380 ACS2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Digital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dme parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Digital such as the CS1943529 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Mf11g manufactured by Dme and we are pleased to be able to service most Dme systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1151GP5S22B3D2L4M1 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dodge Brand 23A12R14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Digi-sense such as tc9000 equipment made by Digi-sense have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digi-sense products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digi-sense" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DTSPS7500 made by Diversified as well as the popular 133592 original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DLSEZ222K by Mitsubishi and tc9000 spares by Digi-sense are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UZV001320400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dietz.
