Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Diagnetics AT-487 / CA-694-FL / AT487 / CA694FL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dienes products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Distech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dienes such as the DA001248 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DL405 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECY16DI by Manufacturer Distech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Digi-sense Brand tc9000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cybelec such as DNC54PS equipment made by Cybelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cybelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cybelec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GP430IP10SR made by Digital as well as the popular 50400200Bamp50400203A original spares produced by Directed-Energy-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 361000502 by Proface and DNC54PS spares by Cybelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PGH603P214 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Diequa.
