Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Danaher EC5-X-2010B-150-MS6E/MF1-MT1E-42X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the LMV51040B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FD63B150PC4754 manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IS3000 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mro Brand HMR9064T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as F160C10E equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC695CPU315 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular FP82631 original spares produced by Futec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECF15CD0002 by Antek and F160C10E spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDI32BIS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea.
