Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cyclo-drive Altax CNVM02-5085-29 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Danaher-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 1175H1743VLT3006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 99211F992 manufactured by Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA62518000001 by Manufacturer Danaher-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Danfoss Brand 132F0017 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as TPAR333000 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LMB200 made by Dover as well as the popular MCS2000ECA original spares produced by Danaher-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L4805D by Daihen and TPAR333000 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRS4355B25F06847MF1094V0PGH308 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Daihen.
