Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Converter Concepts WI60-181 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Copley-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Convergent-Energy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Copar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley-Controls such as the 215 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 054080001TCOC194VO5094 manufactured by Convergent-Energy and we are pleased to be able to service most Convergent-Energy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPD60 by Manufacturer Copar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cr-Magnetics Brand CR5320100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crowcon such as GMS1006SS4 equipment made by Crowcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crowcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crowcon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TM34960901 made by Cooper-Power-Tools as well as the popular 7229AC original spares produced by Copley-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACJ09009 by Coopley-Controls and GMS1006SS4 spares by Crowcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33043501J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
