Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Concepts 3869-097-300-131VDC-R0/10V-10/10V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cincinnati product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 531X300CCHANM3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51402797200 manufactured by Measurex and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 502244512 by Manufacturer Cincinnati as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand 51305890175 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Polycom such as 500007003 equipment made by Polycom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polycom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polycom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44A731660G01 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 538665 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5530T by Dranetz and 500007003 spares by Polycom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3VTGA502E001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
