Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Contec IPC-BX/M10DC5-4J+ IPC-POA100SH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Moeller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT625C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDSBSPJ237 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MV4590TA1000 by Manufacturer Moeller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Smart-Biphasic Brand M473560200RevC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as P4810012 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NT2SSF121BE made by Omron as well as the popular LM044L original spares produced by Hitachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS120032NTB by Tcp and P4810012 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
