Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Compumotor SR-1400A62-3SN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crestron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adtech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crestron such as the TPS6000LB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SX12 manufactured by Adtech and we are pleased to be able to service most Adtech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFSX2002R by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand U35719002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as TS5117N121 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TRDN500RZ made by Koyo as well as the popular VIB61CU original spares produced by Vicor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VS1GV471B by Baldor and TS5117N121 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT213P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech-Display.
