Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Comap Cz InteliGen parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Curlee product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 067UDB600BACRA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 142U3D305BAAEA165240 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E0B by Manufacturer Curlee as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control Brand UD46 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cuther-hammer such as 7685T15 equipment made by Cuther-hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cuther-hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cuther-hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D100321 made by Cosense as well as the popular 90005 original spares produced by Contromatics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the InteliLite by Comap-Cz and 7685T15 spares by Cuther-hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N720 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Csr.
