Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Colormatrix CM2000-HT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued National-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cone-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cone-Drive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader National-Instruments such as the CFPBP8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SU72500CEK manufactured by Cone-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Cone-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHO15A0683 by Manufacturer Cone-Drive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Comark Brand PM1500PC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Comfile-Tech such as RY8SSR8 equipment made by Comfile-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comfile-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comfile-Tech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 16290771 made by Conrac as well as the popular 5R05001 original spares produced by Compressor-Controls-Corp.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FS97B by Commell and RY8SSR8 spares by Comfile-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET314 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Computer-Wise.
