Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex Dvt LNS-08FNO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Conttec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Csat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Control-o-mation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Conttec such as the 1OBL01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15A51 manufactured by Csat and we are pleased to be able to service most Csat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D6032HF by Manufacturer Control-o-mation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control Brand 2512 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cool-line such as A903BP60 equipment made by Cool-line have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cool-line products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cool-line" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 32001676 made by Contrex as well as the popular 9600750 original spares produced by Control-Technique-Commander-Cde

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3304 by Columbus-Mckinnon and A903BP60 spares by Cool-line are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 89220000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Computer-Recognition-Systems-Ltd.
