Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex 203-1067-RC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Identics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Columbus-Mckinnon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Identics such as the Scan spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 095U2B305BACAA100190 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3304 by Manufacturer Columbus-Mckinnon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control-Techniques Brand UNI3203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as IS510001 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TT5 made by Computerwise as well as the popular 40136U original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 81914004 by Converteam and IS510001 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM8050E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
