Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Chiba Precision MAN-D34R23B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Codan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognitens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Coen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Codan such as the 5740 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ME594V01104 manufactured by Cognitens and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognitens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 265320702 by Manufacturer Coen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Chyun-Tseh Brand VPKCF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cipher-Data such as 201279001 equipment made by Cipher-Data have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cipher-Data products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cipher-Data" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IS560401 made by Cognex as well as the popular DS1050R original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Inteligen200 by Comap-Cz and 201279001 spares by Cipher-Data are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A52B40B00000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cmc.
