Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cherry W424-105B/G010-005A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl--Fuchs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl--Fuchs such as the WSCIS311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRGB3WBB08 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 800PF2CGA by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand X1581AH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asyst such as 9700996001 equipment made by Asyst have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asyst products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asyst" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EA5R600Q made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular EA5E600Q original spares produced by Banner-Engineering

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 445LR4S0600YD by Allen-bradley and 9700996001 spares by Asyst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XBTB711003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
