Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cdk PI-D3-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the CL6640X1HA10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T30U030 manufactured by Clark and we are pleased to be able to service most Clark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82803681RD1 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pacific-Scientific Brand PA6140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Torque such as BMR4067GRA0ACA0000 equipment made by Torque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CL6640X1HA11 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 82100691RRevB original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A56703A53823 by Csr and BMR4067GRA0ACA0000 spares by Torque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original InSight5000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
