Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Caterpillar 350-5852-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Servomex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Schumacher product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Servomex such as the 02213A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 07KR3124VDC manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14710203E by Manufacturer Schumacher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand DC00005A02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 1784PCCSerB equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 81248 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 105B2302C020 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES71542AA000AB0 by Siemens and 1784PCCSerB spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 18658582520 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xycom.
