Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cashco M2518-00-96 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Challenger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cd-Sand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Challenger product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Challenger such as the CU13S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT1386B150MPa1220150460J manufactured by Cd-Sand and we are pleased to be able to service most Cd-Sand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VSN12300A06 by Manufacturer Challenger as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Caterpillar Brand 2341004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cec such as 1000883R00108020476 equipment made by Cec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SSM320 made by Centurion as well as the popular 852505USEQ original spares produced by Charmilles

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GHG124 by Ceag and 1000883R00108020476 spares by Cec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 810841103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Century.
