Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carlo Gavazzi PB-15IPPA-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cendac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carrier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Carpanelli product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cendac such as the 63004113 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30HW500437 manufactured by Carrier and we are pleased to be able to service most Carrier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA80B4 by Manufacturer Carpanelli as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ceterus-Networks Brand UTS900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cerutti such as RE52127 equipment made by Cerutti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cerutti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cerutti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9370100040 made by Caterpillar as well as the popular 950006301 original spares produced by Caw

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GD200030V480070 by Cegelec and RE52127 spares by Cerutti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2050002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cex.
