Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Burns Engineering TNO69G(KP) parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Co-Ax-Valves products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clark-Control-Division parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Carel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Co-Ax-Valves such as the VMK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7U34 manufactured by Clark-Control-Division and we are pleased to be able to service most Clark-Control-Division systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC02000AL0 by Manufacturer Carel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Carel Brand PGD2000F00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 5003N12 equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4315526 made by Casappa as well as the popular 255022 original spares produced by Char-lynn

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACDF3 by Cmc-Controls-Ltd and 5003N12 spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 560511 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
