Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks Automation CMX45 CMX1T15PN2X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brother products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bystronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bryant product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brother such as the GOBB066D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMPGENE07145B manufactured by Bystronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Bystronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 664X63D by Manufacturer Bryant as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bystronic Brand E07745B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Browning such as 18XXHR500 equipment made by Browning have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Browning products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Browning" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W3A1 made by Browning as well as the popular 63C4 original spares produced by C.i.m.a.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BWU2508 by Bihl-Wiedemann and 18XXHR500 spares by Browning are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
