Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks Automation 354006-YG-T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Catel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Browning product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carotron such as the V4F3407 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3202 manufactured by Catel and we are pleased to be able to service most Catel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3MVB136Q by Manufacturer Browning as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bryant Brand WRA48 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Centroid such as PLCI02I equipment made by Centroid have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the rcl94V02 by Cerebus and PLCI02I spares by Centroid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
