Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Br Automation 5P50:CM-SVX101-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Century products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brinkmann-Pumps parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Carl-Schenck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Century such as the DC122 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA901S300001 manufactured by Brinkmann-Pumps and we are pleased to be able to service most Brinkmann-Pumps systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AES by Manufacturer Carl-Schenck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cervis Brand T70 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bruel--Kjaer such as 4189L001 equipment made by Bruel--Kjaer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bruel--Kjaer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bruel--Kjaer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EDMGU95W1F made by Brandless as well as the popular RD804 original spares produced by Cattron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PHG by Carl-Cloos and 4189L001 spares by Bruel--Kjaer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRVDX77048X10GSFPP1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brocade.
